Returns

We hope you love your items, however we understand that choosing a size can sometimes be a little tricky. Therefore, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Alternatively, you may choose another item or a store credit if the item is no longer available.

Please note that all postage expenses will be the responsibility of the customer and all items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Store credit excludes shipping costs, and is valid for 1 year from the purchase date. We do not offer cash refunds.

To arrange a return:

  1. Please email us at info@myamelie.com.au. Include your order name/number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address provided during email correspondence within 14 days. We suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and upon inspection has met our conditions, we will be happy to process the exchange/store credit and will confirm via email.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

All garments are meticulously inspected for any damages prior to releasing. Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us at info@myamelie.com.au if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as accessories and socks. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
